About the opportunity

We’re looking for an analytical, detail-oriented and fast-moving Growth Marketing Manager to help optimize our acquisition channels and deliver outstanding revenue growth. You are focused on sustainable and scalable user growth with an understanding of ad buying and optimization across paid social, search, display, radio/podcasts, direct mail, out-of-home and affiliate tactics. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling paid media spend while decreasing customer acquisition costs and maintaining customer lifetime values. Reporting to our Vice President of Performance Marketing, the right candidate will have demonstrated success helping to grow performance marketing efforts in consumer internet companies, ideally with a subscription component. A track record as a dedicated, proactive and positive team player, as well as a passion for health, wellness and craveable food is required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Help drive customer acquisition efforts across a variety of marketing channels including paid social, performance video, influencers, affiliates, sponsored content, and native advertising
  • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns and analyses across Facebook Power Editor, Google Analytics, Outbrain, Unbounce, and other platforms
  • Develop and A/B test conversion-optimized creative, customized landing pages, and personalized offers promoted across Facebook, and Outbrain
  • Analyze our transactional and customer behavior data, draw insights from analysis, and partner cross-functionally to influence decision-making
  • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs regarding customer acquisition cost and lifetime value

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical, performance marketing oriented role for a direct-to-consumer digital product brand or digital agency
  • Proven track record of decreasing customer acquisition costs while scaling paid media and maintaining customer lifetime values
  • Strong domain experience across paid platforms, tools and ad serving technologies
  • Deep understanding of how marketing channels complement one another in order to run effective cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive the highest efficiencies
  • An expert analyst with strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, statistics, customer behavior analysis, and experimental design
  • Experience with agency management
  • Intellectual curiosity and motivation to understand what drives customers' behavior through both numbers and qualitative data
  • Energetic, execution-oriented, “do-er” with previous experience in, and passion for, entrepreneurial environments
  • A motivated, positive, proactive and transparent attitude
