An Asian-inspired, grain-free Buddha Bowl that’s ready to eat in 5 minutes. Includes our Cauliflower Rice, our Roasted Corn Edamame Salad and our organic Coconut Curry

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
the Cauliflower Rice (1 bag) for 3-5 minutes until tender
MIX IN
½ of the Coconut Curry (~4 tbsp), ¼ cup water, and the Roasted Corn Edamame Salad, stirring to combine, then turn off heat
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
