HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Superblend Salad for 3 minutes or until salad is tender
MIX IN
4 tbsp Coconut Curry, ¼ cup water + 1 container Roasted Corn Edamame Salad, then turn off heat
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
