HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
the Superblend Salad (1 bag) for 3 minutes or until salad is tender
MIX IN
½ of the Coconut Curry (~4 tbsp), ¼ cup water, and the Roasted Corn Edamame Salad (1 container), then turn off heat
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
