Light lunch, cheesy side, or full meal? This nourishing sauté can adapt to whatever you’re in the mood for. Includes our Superblend Salad, Cashew Cheddar, and Cuban Spiced Black Beans.

Heat
1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Cook
1 bag Superblend Salad with a generous pinch of salt/pepper for 5 minutes, or until blend is tender
Mix in
4 tbsp Cashew Cheddar and stir to heat sauce (about 1 minute), then plate mixture
Warm
Cuban Spiced Black Beans in saucepan (about 1-2 minutes)

Quick Tip: Making a full meal? Try adding rice, a tortilla, grains, or an egg for extra protein.
