THE DISH

A lightened up, squash based hash, this dish will become your new breakfast favorite. Includes our Butternut Squash French Fries and our Cucumber Corn Black Bean Salad.

HEAT
1 tsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Butternut Squash French Fries for 3 minutes, stir occasionally, then add 1/2 cup water and cook for 5-7 minutes until squash is tender
MIX IN
1 container Cucumber Corn Black Bean Salad and cook for 2-3 minutes, then turn off heat
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste

Did you know? Butternut squash and black beans are both good sources of potassium, a mineral which balances electrolytes and metabolizes carbohydrates.
