THE DISH

A lightened up, squash based hash, this dish will become your new breakfast favorite. Includes our Butternut Squash French Fries and our Cucumber Corn Black Bean Salad.

HEAT
1 tsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
the Butternut Squash French Fries (1 bag) for 3 minutes then add ½ cup water and cook an additional 5-7 minutes until butternut squash is tender
MIX IN
the Cucumber Corn Black Bean Salad (1 container) and cook an additional 2-3 minutes
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste

Did you know? Butternut squash and black beans are both good sources of potassium, a mineral which balances electrolytes and metabolizes carbohydrates.
