Sizzle your appetite with this vibrant Asian-inspired stirfry. Includes our Carrot Chips, our Thai Peanut and our Roasted Corn Edamame Salad. 

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Carrot Chips with a pinch of salt/pepper for 2 minutes, then add 1/3 cup water, cover and cook for 7-9 more minutes until tender
MIX IN
4 tbsp Thai Peanut + 1 container Roasted Corn Edamame Salad, then turn off heat
