All of the comfort and indulgence of the classic broccoli & cheese combo without the saturated fat and cholesterol. Includes our Broccoli Rice, our organic Cashew Cheddar and our Italian Herb Chickpea Medley

HEAT
oven to 425º and mix 1 bag Broccoli Rice with 1-2 tbsp olive oil + a pinch of salt/pepper, then transfer to an ovenproof dish or baking sheet
BAKE
for 15 minutes, then top with 4 tbsp Cashew Cheddar and bake for 10 more minutes until broccoli is crisp-tender and cheddar is lightly browned
FINISH
with 1 container Italian Herb Chickpea Medley
