Cheesy Cuban Burrito Bowl - A recipe created using more than one product
THE DETAILS

This one-pan meal has everything you love about an overstuffed burrito—minus the overstuffed feeling. Includes our Brown Rice Quinoa Blend, Cuban Spiced Black Beans, and Cashew Cheddar.

Heat
1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Cook
1 package Brown Rice Quinoa Blend with 1 tbsp of water for 1-2 minutes or until hot and set aside on plates
add
1 package Cuban Spiced Black Beans to skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes or until hot, then add to plates on top of rice
warm
4 tbsp Cashew Cheddar in skillet for 1 minutes, then drizzle over rice and beans

Quick tip: Pile the toppings onto this versatile burrito-inspired dish—we love sliced avocado, cilantro, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and (of course) a splash of hot sauce.
