Our version of a white pie—with lots of green (of course), plus savory chicken. Includes our Spinach Garlic Chicken SausageWhole Wheat Sprouted Flatbread, Superblend Salad, and Garlic Parm.

Slice
Spinach Garlic Chicken Sausage into rounds
Preheat
oven to 400°F and place Whole Wheat Sprouted Flatbreads on a baking sheet
Toast
Whole Wheat Sprouted Flatbreads for 5 minutes or until desired crispness is reached
Heat
1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Cook
1 bag Superblend Salad with a generous pinch of salt/pepper for 5-6 minutes, until greens are tender
Mix in
chicken sausage and cook for an additional 2 minutes
Spread
2 tbsp Garlic Parm onto each flatbread and top with sautéed greens and chicken

Good to know: Just one of these flatbreads gives you 60% of your daily vitamin C, thanks to veggies like kale, brussels, and broccoli. Nice work!
