THE DETAILS

Our version of a white pie—with lots of green (of course). Includes our Whole Wheat Sprouted Flatbreads, Superblend Salad, and Garlic Parm.

Preheat
oven to 400°F and place Whole Wheat Sprouted Flatbreads on a baking sheet
Toast
flatbreads for 5 minutes or until desired crispness is reached
Heat
1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Cook
1 bag Superblend Salad with a generous pinch of salt/pepper for 5-6 minutes, until greens are tender
Spread
2 tbsp Garlic Parm onto each flatbread and top with sautéed greens

Good to know: Just one of these flatbreads gives you 60% of your daily vitamin C, thanks to veggies like kale, brussels, and broccoli. Nice work!
