THE DISH

A creamy sautéed salad topped with cooked quinoa. Includes our Superblend Salad, our Avocado Crema and our Roasted Red Pepper Quinoa Bowl.

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
the Superblend Salad (1 bag) for 3 minutes then add the quinoa and red peppers from one Roasted Red Pepper Quinoa Bowl and cook an additional 2-4 minutes or until salad is tender, then turn off heat
MIX IN
the Avocado Crema (one pouch) and ¼ cup water, stirring together to combine
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
