Crunchy carrot chips and tender greens meet our sweet and spicy curry for a delectable and flavorsome meal that’s on the table in less than 10 minutes. Includes our Carrot Chips, our Kalebeet Blend and our organic Coconut Curry. 

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Carrot Chips with a pinch of salt/pepper for 2 minutes, then add ⅓ cup water + 1 bag Kalebeet Blend and cook another 5-7 minutes
MIX IN
4 tbsp Coconut Curry, then turn off heat
