Packed with black beans and sweet potatoes, this will quickly become your new favorite chili. Includes our Sweet Potato Mac and our Cucumber Corn Black Bean Salad.

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Sweet Potato Mac for 4 minutes, then add ½ cup water + 1 container Cucumber Corn Black Bean Salad, cover and cook an additional 3-5 minutes until sweet potato and black beans are tender, then turn off heat
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
