The easiest grain-free pancakes you’ll ever make, these light and airy chickpea-based flapjacks will have you celebrating Pancake Sunday every day of the week. 

MIX
1 container Fluffy Maple Chickpea Batter with ¼ cup water in a small bowl
HEAT
1 tsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
2-3 tbsp of the batter for 2 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for 2 minutes
TOP
with maple syrup and fresh berries, or enjoy as is
