A spicy and healthy alternative to Mexican rice and beans that’s popping with flavor and heat. Includes our Broccoli Rice, our Green Chile and our Cucumber Corn Black Bean Salad.

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Broccoli Rice + a pinch of salt/pepper for 5-6 minutes until tender
MIX IN
4 tbsp Green Chile + 1 container Cucumber Corn Black Bean Salad and cook for 1-2 minutes to combine, then turn off heat
