Creamy sweet potatoes and edamame make for a cozy and comforting stew that’ll sustain you through the coldest winter nights. Includes our Sweet Potato Mac, our Roasted Corn Edamame Salad and our organic Chickpea Alfredo. 

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Sweet Potato Mac for 2 minutes, add a pinch of salt/pepper + 1 cup water, cover and cook 7-9 minutes
MIX IN
1 container Roasted Corn Edamame Salad + 4 tbsp Chickpea Alfredo, adding additional water as needed, then turn off heat
