A grain-free spin on rice pilaf that’s ready to eat in only 5 minutes. Includes our Cauliflower Rice and our Italian Herb Chickpea Medley.

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Cauliflower Rice with a pinch of salt/pepper for 2 minutes, then add ¼ cup water, cover and cook an additional 2-3 minutes until cauliflower is tender
MIX IN
1 container Italian Herb Chickpea Medley, then turn off heat
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
