An effortless side dish that’ll make you excited about eating the rainbow. Includes our Beet Noodles and our organic Kale Pesto. 

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Beet Noodles for 2 minutes, then add ½ cup water + a pinch of salt/pepper and cook an additional 4-5 minutes, tossing occasionally until noodles are cooked al dente
MIX IN
4 tbsp Kale Pesto and stir to combine, then turn off heat
