HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
½ of the Cauliflower Rice bag for 2 minutes, then add 2 tbsp of water, cover and cook an additional 2-3 minutes until water has almost evaporated and cauliflower is tender
MIX IN
½ of the Kale Pesto, adding additional water as needed
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste

Simply double the cooking instructions to serve two.
