HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
the Cauliflower Rice (1 bag) for 3-5 minutes until tender
MIX IN
½ of the Kale Pesto (~4 tbsp), ¼ cup of water, a pinch of salt and pepper, then turn off heat
FINISH
with additional salt/pepper to taste
