A light, herbaceous dish that's perfect as a side or healthy lunch. Includes our Pea Snaps and our organic, nut-free Kale Pesto.

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
the Pea Snaps (1 bag) for 4-6 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally
MIX IN
½ of the Kale Pesto (~4 tbsp), ¼ cup water and a pinch of salt, then turn off heat
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
