Peanutty noodles and braised tofu make for a finger-lickin’ good dinner that’ll be on the table faster than even the speediest takeout joints. Includes our Kohlrabi Noodles, our Braised Lemongrass Tofu Nuggets and our Thai Peanut

CHOP
1 bag Braised Lemongrass Tofu Nuggets into small pieces
HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Kohlrabi Noodles with a pinch of salt/pepper for 5 minutes, add 1 tbsp water cook 1-2 more minutes until kohlrabi is tender and lightly browned
MIX IN
4 tbsp Thai Peanut + the chopped tofu and stir to combine, then turn off heat
