HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Broccoli Rice with a pinch of salt/pepper for 5-6 minutes until tender
MIX IN
4 tbsp Kale Pesto + 1 container Crunchy Carrot Lentil Mix and cook for 1-2 minutes to combine, then turn off heat
