A light and elegant dinner in 8 minutes? Yup, it’s possible. Includes our Hot Smoked Roasted Salmon, Kohlrabi Noodles, and Chickpea Pesto.

Break Up
Hot Smoked Roasted Salmon into small pieces
Heat
1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Cook
1 bag Kohlrabi Noodles with a pinch of salt and pepper for 5 minutes, then add 1 tbsp water and cook 1-2 more minutes until noodles are browned and tender
Mix In
4 tbsp of Chickpea Pesto and stir until warm (about 1 minute), then top with salmon

Quick tip: Add a simple leafy salad and you’ve got yourself an impressive weeknight dinner.
