Pesto Salmon Rice Bowl - A recipe created using more than one product
THE DETAILS

A weeknight go-to, this flavorful combination mixes quinoa-brown rice with zippy pesto and flaky salmon. Includes our Hot Smoked Roasted Salmon, Brown Rice Quinoa Blend, and Kale Pesto.

Break up
1 package Hot Smoked Roasted Salmon into small pieces
Heat
1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Cook
1 package Brown Rice Quinoa Blend with 1 tbsp of water for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally
Mix in
4 tbsp Chickpea Pesto, then plate and top with salmon

Quick Tip: Want to bring this for lunch? Just microwave the Brown Rice Quinoa Blend, mix in the sauce, and top with the pre-cooked salmon.
