A sweet and spicy noodle bowl featuring our pulled barbecue jackfruit and organic coconut curry.

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
the Sweet Barbecue Chili Jackfruit for 3 minutes, then add 1/2 cup water and the Sweet Potato Ribbons, cover and cook an additional 4-6 minutes until sweet potato is tender
MIX IN
1/2 the Coconut Curry (~4 tbsp), adding additional water as needed, then turn off heat
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
