A sweet and spicy noodle bowl. Includes our Sweet Potato Ribbons, our Sweet Barbecue Chili Jackfruit and our organic Coconut Curry.

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
the Sweet Barbecue Chili Jackfruit (1 bag) for 3 minutes, then add ½ cup water and the Sweet Potato Ribbons (1 bag), cover and cook an additional 4-6 minutes until sweet potato is tender
MIX IN
½ the Coconut Curry (~4 tbsp), adding additional water as needed, then turn off heat
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
