Slice
Spinach Garlic Chicken Sausage into rounds
Heat
1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Cook
1 bag Shaved Brussels with a pinch of salt/pepper for 5 minutes, until sprouts start to brown
Add
sausage and heat until hot (about 2 minutes)
Mix In
Roasted Red Pepper Quinoa Cup and heat for 1 minute

Quick Tip: Make sure your pan is big enough for the brussels to lay in a single layer—this will allow them to brown. You can also cook them in batches to ensure they have enough space to caramelize.
