Shaved Brussels heat up and shine with sweet, piquant roasted red peppers and quinoa in this flavorful, colorful side dish. Ready in 7 minutes. Includes our Shaved Brussels and our Roasted Red Pepper Quinoa Bowl. 

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Shaved Brussels with a pinch of salt/pepper for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sprouts are tender and starting to brown
MIX IN
contents from 1 Roasted Red Pepper Quinoa Bowl, adding 1-2 tbsp of water as needed, then turn off heat
