Crinkle-cut carrots are cooked down until browned and crispy and then given a protein punch from our hearty black bean salad. Includes our Carrot Chips and our Cucumber Corn Black Bean Salad

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Carrot Chips with a pinch of salt/pepper for 8-10 minutes, stirring the carrots occasionally
MIX IN
1 container Cucumber Corn Black Bean Salad and cook for 3 minutes, then turn off heat
