THE DISH

Breakfast sweet potato hash with an aromatic, curry based sauce that’ll awaken your tastebuds and start you on your day. Includes our Sweet Potato Mac and our organic Coconut Curry.

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
the Sweet Potato Mac (1 bag) for 2 minutes, then add ½ cup water, cover and cook an additional 5-7 minutes until sweet potato is tender
MIX IN
½ of the Coconut Curry (~4 tbsp) and ¼ cup water, then turn off heat
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
