Sweet potatoes meet tofu scramble meet spicy green chile salsa in this one-skillet breakfast-dinner mashup that is guaranteed to please any time of day. Includes our Hearty Tofu Veggie Burger, our Sweet Potato Ribbons and our Green Chile.

CRUMBLE
2 Hearty Tofu Veggie Burgers
HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Sweet Potato Ribbons for 7 minutes, mixing occasionally, until lightly browned, then add 2 tbsp water and cook 2-3 minutes until tender
MIX IN
crumbled veggie burgers and warm for 2 minutes, then turn off heat and finish with 4 tbsp Green Chile
