A harmonious fusion of sweet, creamy, and spicy, this Thai-inspired dinner checks off all of the comfort food boxes. Includes our Beet Noodles, our Braised Lemongrass Tofu Nuggets and our Thai Peanut. 

CHOP
1 bag Braised Lemongrass Tofu Nuggets into small pieces
HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Beet Noodles for 2 minutes with a pinch of salt/pepper, then add ½ cup water, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes, tossing occasionally until noodles are cooked al dente
MIX IN
4 tbsp Thai Peanut + chopped tofu and stir to combine, then turn off heat
