Crisp sugar snap peas get an aromatic upgrade from our sweet and slightly spicy coconut curry sauce and make a fresh, flavorful side dish in no time. Includes our Pea Snaps and our organic Coconut Curry.

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Pea Snaps for 4-6 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally
MIX IN
4 tbsp Coconut Curry and ¼ cup water, then turn off heat
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
