The perfect light, weeknight dinner. Includes our Pea Snaps and our organic Coconut Curry.

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
the Pea Snaps (1 bag) for 4-6 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally
MIX IN
½ of the Coconut Curry (~4 tbsp) and ¼ cup water, then turn off heat
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
