Boil a large pot of salted water, add ¾ of all pasta + cook 6-7 min or until al dente, then drain + drizzle with a little oil then set aside to cool

Meanwhile, wash + slice tomatoes in half; roughly chop 3 cucumbers into bite-size pieces; add to a large bowl with olives

Crumble ½ block of cheese into the bowl; add the pasta with 4-6 tbsp of dressing then toss all to combine—time to eat!
