Pour contents of mashed cauliflower into a microwave-safe dish + cover with a damp paper towel; cook on high 1-2 min until hot + stir until smooth; divide to bowls
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat meat dry, season with salt/pep + sear, turning every 1-2 min browning all sides evenly; add 1 sauce pouch to lamb + warm 1-2 min; add to bowls
