Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over high; pat 1 package of steaks dry + sear on all sides for 1-2 min until warmed through; slice + set aside

Meanwhile, open the packages of grains to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); If using a skillet, warm 2 min with 1 tbsp water

In batches, heat ¾ of a package of tortillas in skillet over med-high, 30 sec or until warm

Assemble each taco with steak + ¾ of a package of salsa; divide between plates with 2 packages of rice on side—that was easy!
