Instructions
Cook time: 17 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°; slice 2 ½ lemons into thin rounds
Place 5 large pieces of foil on a sheet pan + oil the foil; divide 2 ½ packages of asparagus onto one side of each then top with 2 ½ packages of salmon fillets; spread 1 package of sauce, lemon slices, 2 ½ tbsp oil + salt/pep evenly among them; fold empty side of foil over ingredients; working from one end, tightly fold edges of foil creating a sealed half-moon shape
Bake 13-18 min until salmon is firm, opaque + cooked through
Open foil packs by cutting a slit through center (watch out for steam!) + Divide between plates
