Instructions
Cook time: 5 minutes
Roughly chop 2 ½ packages of artichokes; set aside
Add 2 ½ packages of arugula and artichokes to a large bowl, sprinkle on 1 ¼ packages of cheese, drizzle in 2 ½-5 tbsp of olive oil and a splash of vinegar or a squeeze of lemon; mix and divide between plates
Break 2 ½ packages of salmon into bite-size pieces and divide and top the salads
