Open the packages of rice to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); Divide 2 packages of rice between bowls
Heat lightly oiled skillet over medium + season 1 package of burgers with salt/pep; cook 3-4 min per side until browned + warmed through; cut into bite-size pieces
Divide burger pieces + 2 fresh avocados between bowls then drizzle with 3 packages of sauce—that looks so good!
