Ensure avocados are ripe (soft to the touch); if avocados are too firm, ripen faster by placing in a paper bag, 1-2 days Slice 2 avocados
Using a fork, gently break apart 1 package of wild ahi tuna in avocado oil; set aside
Fill any shallow bowl with warm water + dip one spring roll wrapper (using ¾ of a package) into water until soft but not mushy, no more than 30 sec; move to a work surface + spread a small handful of superblend salad (using 2 packages) + ⅙ of the tuna, then add sliced avocado + a squeeze of juice from 2 lemons onto bottom third of wrapper; fold up bottom edge to cover fillings, then fold in each side + roll up, burrito-style; repeat with 5 wrappers
Divide rolls to plates + enjoy!
