Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high, pat 1½ packages of beef dry, add to pan in one layer + sear 2 min (for well done add 1 min); flip + cook 1 more min, season with salt/pep + ¾ of a package of seasoning

Meanwhile, drain + rinse 1½ packages of beans under cold water; to a blender, add beans, 3 packages of garlic sauce, ¼ cup water, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp balsamic seasoning + salt/pep; purée until smooth

Toast 3 pitas until warm + golden; slice pitas in half; divide beef + fresh hummus among pitas౼that looks so good!
