Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Heat 2 ½ tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; pat 2 ½ packages of chicken dry, season with salt/pep + rub with 2 ½ packages of vinaigrette; cook 4-6 min per side until fully cooked, no pinkness remains; slice into bite-size pieces
Add 2 ½ packages of salad kit to a large bowl, drizzle with dressing + toss to combine
Divide salad to bowls + top with chicken-bon appetit!
