Cook time: 19 minutes
In a small pot, boil 2 cups water; add a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp plus 2 tsp of oil + stir in 1 ¼ packages of couscous; turn off heat, cover + let stand 5 min; fluff with fork; add to bowls
Boil a pot with 1 ¼ cups water + pinch of salt; chop 2 ½ packages of green beans in to inch pieces place in boiling water, cover + steam until tender, about 2-3 min; drain, season with salt/pep + a drizzle of oil; divide to bowls
Heat a skillet over med-high heat, pour 2 ½ packages of beef + juice into pan, break up beef, heat 2 min, flip + cook 2-3 more until warmed + browned; add to bowls; drizzle on 1 ¼ packages of balsamic vinegar
