Cook time: 10 minutes
Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; cook 2 packages of plant-based chicken tenders 2-3 min per side until crispy + hot
Meanwhile, stack ½ of a package of spinach tortillas on a plate + wrap with a damp paper towel; microwave 15-30 sec or until warm + soft
Divide tenders + 2 packages of superblend salad between tortillas then drizzle each with 1 tbsp original bbq sauce; roll up—that was easy!
