Cook time: 24 minutes

Preheat oven to 400°, mix 1½ packages of halved brussels with 1½ tbsp oil + season with salt/pep; place on a sheet pan + roast 17-25 min until golden + tender

Meanwhile, break up ¾ of a package of pork into bite-size pieces; heat a skillet over med-high + sear pieces 3-4 min, turning half way through, until meat is crisped and hot; mix in ¼ of a package of sauce to warm + set aside

Heat skillet over med-high + add 1½ packages of rice with 1½ tbsp water; stir occasionally for 2 min until warm

Divide all between plates
