Instructions
Cook time: 18 minutes
Preheat oven to 450°; slice potatoes in half, mix with 1 tbsp oil, salt/pep + fave spices (we like garlic powder), then spread on a sheet pan cut side down; roast 15-18 min until tender
Pat fillets dry + season with salt/pep; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add fish to pan + sear 3-4 min undisturbed until fish naturally releases from pan; flip fish over + cook 3-4 min until fish is cooked through
Chop cauliflower into 1-inch pieces + heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; cook cauliflower with salt/pep 4-5 min, then add 2 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 2-3 min until tender
Divide ingredients between plates; then drizzle with sauce
