Cook time: 17 minutes
Microwave 5 microwave-ready russet potatoes in wrapper on high, 6-8 min, flipping halfway through (caution, that's a hot potato!); Carefully cut in half
Pat 2 ½ packages of wild halibut dry + season with salt/pep; heat 2 ½ tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add fish to pan + sear 3-4 min undisturbed until fish naturally releases from pan; flip fish over + cook 3-4 min until fish is cooked through
Heat 2 ½ tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add 2 ½ packages of organic broccoli florets, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add 5 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min more until tender
Divide ingredients between plates; then drizzle with ⅜ of a package of original bbq sauce
