Heat a skillet over med-high; pour 1 ½ packages of beef + juice into pan, break up beef, sear 2 min, flip + heat 2-3 more until warmed + browned

Meanwhile, drain + rinse 1 ½ packages of beans then add to a large bowl; wash + dry 1 ½ packages of cucumber then dice into bite-size pieces; wash + halve 1 ½ packages of tomatoes; add veggies to beans

Add beef to veggies then toss with 1 ½ packages of vinaigrette + salt/pep; divide salad between plates—that was easy!
