Instructions
Cook time: 12 minutes
Heat 2 ½ tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; sauté 2 ½ packages stir-fry veggies + salt/pep 3-4 min; add sauce packets, cover + cook 1-2 more min until tender
Add 2 ½ packages short ribs with their liquid to a skillet; heat over med-low 5-6 min, turning often, until warmed through
Divide short ribs + veggies between plates—looks great!
