Cook time: 13 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over high; pat 1 package of steaks dry + season with half the seasoning blend, sear on all sides for 1-2 min until warmed through; chop into bite-size pieces + set aside
Meanwhile, wash 2 green bell peppers, cut off stems + discard seeds, then cut into bite-size pieces
Heat a skillet with 2 tbsp oil over med; sauté peppers 2-3 min til starting to brown, add 1 package of rice + cook 3-4 min, stirring often til hot
Stir beef into rice then divide between plates—that was easy!
